CREATIVE COMMUNITIES: PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT WORKSHOP
 THURSDAY 31 MAY 2018

Are you in the process of transforming your library service with the addition of makerspaces, studios, and other creative spaces? Planning a new library, or refreshing an existing one? Thinking of innovative ways to bring more digital technology into your community engagement strategy, and encouraging creativity to flourish in library settings?

This workshop is a unique opportunity for leaders in library and community engagement in local government to explore new models for engaging with and supporting our creative communities.

A facilitation team led by Ian Colley (Make Stuff Happen) will guide participants through a series of exercises designed to uncover assumptions, ask challenging questions, generate new conversations, and shift perspectives.

Bring your project and your team!

Tickets available here.
