Soul Food

Ballet Dancers

Soul Food provides an opportunity to unite in a tranquil environment and reflect on inspiring themes and common threads that tie us all together. It features music, audio-visual pieces and readings from faiths and philosophers, authors, leaders and indigenous cultures, from all over the world.

Guests come from all walks of life, young and old, from local and afar. Some come for the music, others come for the inspiring readings and audiovisuals. Some sit back and close their eyes, while others sit poised for every word and picture.

You dont need to bring anything. A booklet/program containing the various readings is provided and there is a light morning tea afterwards.

The vision for Soul Food is inspired by principles of the Baha'i Faith which promote the oneness of humanity, that it starts with the transformation of the individual, and that every individual can do their part to achieve it. The Baha’i Faith is a worldwide religion based on the teachings of Baha’u’llah.

When: First Sunday of Every Month at 11am
